Return & Refund Policy

At The Carpool Club, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Incorrect color or style selected by the customer

Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier first.

If your package is lost during shipping (and not marked as delivered), contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly after they're placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has been submitted.

If you need to modify your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
